ABC FC African by Choice Football Club was founded in 2008 by Lucas Tshibalo Mudau in Thohoyandou, Vhembe, Limpopo. Known as the Lion of the North, the club competes in the SAFA Vhembe Hollywoodbets Regional League Stream I and are the 2025/26 champions unbeaten all season with 34 wins, 3 draws and 0 losses. The club also runs the ABC Foundation, which has raised R285,000 through community tournaments and competitions, invested directly into player development and community outreach.
